The DISC Behavior & Personality Assessment provides an in-depth look at what drives your behaviors and how you prefer to communicate. In addition, it also gives you ideas on how to better communicate with others based off of your communication style. Clients appreciate this assessment because it allows them to better understand their strengths and weaknesses they are unaware of.
DISC allows you to objectively see what natural characteristics allow you to lead effectively. The four characteristics reflect the communication and behaviors that you exhibit with yourself, between those around you, and in different environments.

DISC represents the four personality styles that are within you. They are:
Dominant/ Driver
Influence/ Inspire
Stable/Steady
Compliant/Correct.
What’s included:
- 1 DISC Assessment individualized to a specific environment (Ex. workplace)
- 1-30 minute DISC Debrief
The DISC Debrief is geared to help you to gain clarity and apply what you’ve discovered in the DISC report. You will discuss with Garrett what each section of the report means and collaborate on what is the best course of action for you. It also allows you to ask any questions you may have.
Once a DISC report is ordered, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to complete it. When it’s completed, Garrett will reach out to you to schedule a DISC debrief.
